Installazione del client nova: autorizzazione PIP negata anche come root

Sto cercando di installare il client Nova su OS X 10.12.3

Ho provato a installare con sudo pip install python-novaclient.

Non voglio accedere al server openstack da OS X

È interessante notare che sta dicendo "Autorizzazione negata" anche quando si esegue come superutente. Solo per essere sicuri, puoi correre ls -l /Library/Python/2.7/e dirmi cosa riporta? C'è sicuramente qualcosa di divertente con i permessi qui, ma non sono sicuro di cosa.

Secondo questa risposta StackOverflow , sudo pip installè una pratica piuttosto pericolosa in quanto tenta / consente / intende modificare le librerie Python di sistema. In questo caso specifico, il comando ha esito negativo poiché uno script di installazione sta tentando di modificare la /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.frameworkdirectory, che a partire da macOS 10.11 è protetta da System Integrity Protection . Prova a usare un virtualenv .

Virtualenv ha fatto il trucco, ora tutto funziona senza intoppi e ho appena usato nova e neutron con esso senza problemi.
