Il tuo esempio ha un numero intero espresso come stringa. Supponiamo che il tuo numero intero sia in realtà un numero intero e desideri prendere il numero intero e convertirlo in una stringa binaria.

Convert.ToInt32(string, base)non esegue la conversione di base nella tua base. Presuppone che la stringa contenga un numero valido nella base indicata e si converta in base 10.
