dove si trova il file my.cnf per il server mysql su Windows?

Sto eseguendo MySQL Server 5.6 su Windows 7 e vorrei abilitare la registrazione delle query lenta. Sfortunatamente, non è immediatamente ovvio per me dove sia il file my.cnf.
