Accensione tramite PCI abilitato, ma senza riattivazione LAN

Sto cercando di riattivare il mio PC con Windows 10 e basato sulla scheda madre Asus B85M-E della LAN. Ho fatto la configurazione del BIOS Power ON By PCI-E/PCI - Enabled :

Inoltre ho configurato la scheda di rete con questo scopo:

Ho utilizzato diversi programmi che funzionano su Windows e Android per riattivare il mio PC, ma questo non aiuta.

Come risolvere questo problema?
