Impossibile ssh a causa di un problema di autenticazione

Non sono in grado di inviare ssh al mio server API ora a causa di un problema di autenticazione. Ha usato per accedere senza chiedere una password prima. Ho provato ssh-copy-id per copiare la chiave pubblica sul server prima di fare ssh ma anche questo non riesce poiché richiede nuovamente la password di accesso.
