Ora formato AutoHotKey

Sto cercando di formattare 24 ore in questo modo.

Se digito "1930+" → 19:30

Se digito "0630+" → 06:30

Fondamentalmente quando legge un "+" alla fine di un numero 0-9, allora aggiunge un ":" due posti all'indietro. Non so proprio come fare.
