Due guest VM Player bloccano la rete

Ho dei problemi a far funzionare VM Player

Host: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS x64.

Ho due ospiti

1. Win2012
2. Ubuntu 13.04.

In qualche modo si inceppa il sistema e poiché si tratta di un server farm non posso solo supporre che sia la comunicazione di rete. Ho controllato il syslog e non ci sono errori. Quindi devo ripristinarlo da remoto. Ma dopo un paio d'ore continua a incepparsi. Iv ha provato con Ubuntu 13.04 come host. Diverse versioni di VMPlayer. Esecuzione di un guest su VMPlayer e l'altro su VirtualBox. E molte altre cose, senza successo.
