Win 8.1 non smette mai di impressionarmi. Questa è già la terza volta che un tale disastro mi è successo. Prima di allora stavo usando l'aggiornamento del sistema per "reinstallare" Windows, ma mi sono stancato: /

Ok, il problema ... la mia tastiera ps / 2 ha smesso di funzionare di nuovo, ma questa volta con il dispositivo audio. In passato era solo tastiera e mouse e tastiera.

Ok, dopo. Quello che ho provato a fare: eliminare il dispositivo e riavviare Windows - non aiuta, lo stesso dispositivo contrassegnato in giallo si trova dopo l'avvio.

Elimina il dispositivo dal gestore, scollega la tastiera dal PC. Spegni il PC. Avvia il PC e collega la tastiera al PC : non succede nulla.

Ho trovato qualche thread in Internet su UpperFilters e LowerFilters . Nel mio registro non c'erano tali chiavi, quindi nulla da eliminare.

Inoltre ho trovato il thread con alcuni file .reg per risolvere i problemi relativi all'unità dvd e alla tastiera. Ho provato quelli, ma nessun aiuto.

Ho provato alcuni programmi di installazione dei driver automatici : non elencano i dispositivi contrassegnati in giallo come necessario per l'aggiornamento.

Ho letto alcuni thread sulla disabilitazione della modalità XHCI nel BIOS, ma ho un BIOS reale, non UEFI, quindi non ho questa impostazione presente.

Ho provato a eseguire il comando: sfc.exe / scannow Alla fine ha detto che i problemi sono stati trovati e non sono stati in grado di risolvere.

Sono programmatore, il mio pc è abbastanza pulito. Non scarico programmi spazzatura, non visito siti portuali e siti warez, non uso ottimizzatori ed ecc.

Ieri non ho installato nulla, ho semplicemente spento il mio PC e oggi la tastiera non funziona. La tastiera funziona solo in tempo di bios , una volta che il sistema operativo inizia a caricarsi, smette di funzionare, quindi non posso nemmeno premere F8 per la modalità sicura. La tastiera funziona anche con CD avviabili e CD live di Linux.

Ora ho collegato la tastiera bluetooth e funziona volentieri, ma dal tablet PC e così scomodo da usare.

Non voglio davvero reinstallare Windows di nuovo. Passa solo la settimana dalla seconda volta in cui nessuna tastiera e mouse funzionavano e un anno dalla prima volta.

Sembra che ci siano alcuni problemi anche con il dispositivo audio ad alta definizione . Copia il CBS.logfile che si trova C:\Windows\Logs\CBSsul desktop, comprimilo in un archivio .zip / .7z e caricalo da qualche parte (es. Ge.tt/about ). Quindi pubblica qui il link.

Sì. Anche il suono questa volta è andato, ma questo è il minimo problema, se paragonato alla tastiera. Sembra che questo registro sia sovrascritto da qualcosa. L'ho già letto ed era un paio di MB, ora solo 70 kb. eseguirò di nuovo quel comando e caricherò presto il risultato.

@Kosmos Ho pubblicato una risposta che può aiutarti a capire quali sono i file danneggiati. Prima di procedere con le riparazioni manuali, aprire un prompt dei comandi come amministratore ed eseguire questo comando: chkdsk %systemdrive% /r. Ti verrà chiesto di pianificare un controllo del disco al prossimo avvio di Windows. Dopo aver fornito la conferma richiesta, riavvia Windows e attendi il completamento del controllo del disco. Segnala eventuali errori che potrebbero essere rilevati.

@Kosmos Per ottenere i file corretti è necessario un supporto di installazione di Windows 8.1. Nel caso in cui non ne possiedi uno, puoi ottenere il processo ufficiale . Assicurati solo di ottenere la stessa versione che hai installato (ad es. 32-bit). Aggiungerò i passaggi di riparazione più avanti. A proposito, il driver relativo alla tastiera i8042prt.sysè effettivamente danneggiato.

In Windows 8 (.1) è possibile utilizzare DISM per riparare file danneggiati eseguendo questo comando da un prompt CMD elevato :

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Se rileva file danneggiati che non è in grado di riparare, Windows scarica i file da Windows Update. Quindi non è necessario riparare i file da soli come in Vista / Windows 7.

@Kosmos the portcls.sys nella versione 6.3.9600.17031 è danneggiato e Windows ha un timeout per scaricare il file. È possibile scaricare una ISO 8.1 che include l'aggiornamento come la versione di prova Enterprise. Ora usa il parametro / Source per puntare al WIM per ottenere i dati se il download fallisce continuamente. Gli altri problemi sono stati tutti risolti da DISM.

Filtraggio dei dettagli

L'esecuzione del file sfc /scannowprodurrà un CBS.logfile di report (solitamente presente in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS) che contiene una grande quantità di informazioni. Per ottenere i bit succosi, apri un prompt dei comandi ed esegui questo comando:

findstr /i /c:"[SR]" "%windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log" | findstr /i /v /c:"verify" > "%userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt"

Il comando sopra sarà:

  1. Ottieni tutte le righe nel file originale contenente [SR], che sono quelle che tengono traccia dei tentativi di riparazione.

  2. Rimuovere tutte le righe contenenti verifyda ciò che abbiamo ottenuto nel passaggio precedente per ridurre ulteriormente il disordine.

  3. Scrivi i risultati nel sfc.txtfile per successive analisi.

@Kosmos In realtà sono pensati per essere collegamenti reali e dovrebbero essere identici. Hai solo bisogno di sostituire la copia che si trova in C:\Windows\WinSxS. Dopo aver sostituito tutto, esegui sfc /scannowche dovrebbe riparare le altre copie secondo necessità e assicurati che non ci siano ulteriori problemi.

Ok, inizierà la ricerca di tali file nel supporto di installazione. chkdsk ha lavorato molto a lungo all'avvio. Ho pensato che fosse impiccato al 10%. Rimase in tale stato per 30 minuti, poi accidentalmente finì tutto e caricò. Tuttavia, non riesco a trovare il registro chkdsk.

Per ora non ci sono soluzioni conosciute. MA, è possibile riparare Windows 8.1 nel buon vecchio significato di quella parola. È possibile scaricare Assistente upgrade o ottenere un ISO di Win 8.1 ed eseguirlo o installarlo con Win 8.1 caricato. Segui i passaggi e scegli "Mantieni impostazioni di Windows, file personali e app" mentre passi attraverso i passaggi. Nella fase finale Windows inizierà l'installazione e manterrà TUTTO! È molto meglio di Refresh, quindi è la migliore soluzione attuale.

Tuttavia ... se non funziona mouse + KB, è davvero difficile farlo, perché Windows Installer deve essere avviato da Windows.

Mi dispiace per i tuoi problemi con Windows 8.1! L'ho già visto su una macchina e ho trovato la risposta su un forum TomsHardware - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1946297/keyboard-working-windows.html

Puoi controllare lo stato di avvio del servizio per "i8042prt" - questo è un servizio di sistema nascosto, quindi non può essere trovato in "services.msc".

Accedi a Regedit e vai a: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ i8042prt

A che valore è il servizio? Prendi nota, quindi imposta StartValue su 1, riavvia il PC e guarda come procedi. Se non aiuta, puoi cambiarlo di nuovo.

Grazie per la risposta. Quanto sono fortunati quei ragazzi che questo li ha aiutati. Per me non funziona. Il valore è stato impostato su 3. Ho impostato su 1. riavviato - Kb ancora giallo. Eliminato, riavviato, KB di nuovo giallo. Nulla aiuta :(

A volte è solo colpa del guidatore. E DriverPack mi ha aiutato molto.
Scarica la versione Lite e lascia che controlli e aggiorni automaticamente i tuoi driver.

PS -1 non è da me. E c'è una ragione generale per cui qualsiasi software di aggiornamento dei driver automatici fallirà: i driver attuali sono okey per dispositivo, semplicemente non possono essere caricati, mentre sono i più aggiornati.
