Controllo dell'account utente non funziona più e tutto è bloccato

Ieri ho provato a (stupidamente) eseguire uno script batch che (teoricamente) dovrebbe ripristinare WinSock senza riavviare il sistema.

Non ha funzionato

E ora il dispositivo WiFi non esiste; Non riesco a eseguire Gestione dispositivi del sistema; Non riesco a eseguire regedit. Sembra che qualcosa con UAC (immagino) sia rotto.

Questo è lo script (trovato da un post del 10 maggio 2014 su Tweaking.com che ora sembra essere raggiungibile solo tramite la cache di Google )

Lo script ha fatto un backup di tutto, ma non so cosa (e come) ripristinare. Ci sono molti file di testo e alcuni file.reg (che ovviamente congelano Explorer se provo a eseguire).

Come posso ripristinare l'UAC e i dispositivi, senza un formato?

Utilizzare Ripristino configurazione di sistema per tornare a prima di averlo eseguito. Puoi anche leggere lo script che hai eseguito riga per riga e annullare ciò che ha fatto.

Ok, dopo un paio di riavvii sembra che abbia un normale accesso a UAC (regedit, configurazione di rete) ma ho un stub error(nessun messaggio di errore, solo un lungo hash; mai visto nulla di simile) che mi impedisce di accedere ai dispositivi. Ho provato con un punto di ripristino di due giorni fa.
