Immagini non visualizzate in determinati messaggi di Outlook 2013

In Outlook 2013, le immagini non vengono visualizzate in alcune delle mie e-mail. Ciò influisce sul riquadro di anteprima e sulla visualizzazione completa del messaggio. All'inizio, ho ricevuto questo suggerimento informativo nella parte superiore del messaggio: Click here to download pictures.


Ma quando clicco e scelgo Download Pictures Prendo la familiare X rossa in cui l'immagine dovrebbe trovarsi nell'e-mail:

Oggi ho ricevuto un'e-mail completamente vuota (nessuna X rossa). Sopra la finestra del contenuto del messaggio vuoto sono stato invitato a visualizzare il messaggio in un browser Web:

Ho fatto ed è stato in grado di visualizzare il messaggio bene. *

Adesso per la parte divertente. Il solo i messaggi con cui ho riscontrato questo problema provengono da un singolo dominio. MODIFICARE: Ho scoperto messaggi con impatto inviati da domini separati. Ho Outlook 2013 su un altro computer utilizzando la stessa cassetta postale e non avere il problema.

Ho provato:

  • Aggiunti gli indirizzi email dei mittenti e l'intero dominio a Outlook Mittenti sicuri elenco.
  • Rimosso tutti questi indirizzi dal Mittenti sicuri elenco, quindi fare clic su Clicca qui per scaricare le immagini richiesta.
  • Disabilitato, quindi riattivato Non scaricare le immagini automaticamente in messaggi e-mail HTML o articoli RSS nel Trust Centre.
    • MODIFICARE: Ho anche disattivato completamente questa impostazione e le immagini non vengono ancora visualizzate.
  • Cancellate tutte le occorrenze del mio dominio problematico dal registro (le uniche che ho trovato erano in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\LowRegistry\DOMStorage )
  • Aggiunto il dominio problematico a Internet Explorer Siti attendibili

So che potrei provare a eliminare e ricreare il mio profilo di Outlook, ma ho un sacco di personalizzazioni che renderebbero questa opzione ancora più dolorosa che continuare a sopportare questo.

Cos'altro posso provare a far visualizzare queste immagini?

Aggiornare:
Quando provo a fare clic con il pulsante destro del mouse sul segnaposto immagine X rosso, scegliamo Salva come immagine ... Ottengo una normale finestra di dialogo Salva con nome, ma quando clicco Salvare Ricevo il messaggio Si è verificato un errore durante il salvataggio del file.

Aggiornamento 2:
Ho visualizzato l'origine per uno di questi messaggi e ho salvato il codice HTML risultante come file HTML, quindi l'ho aperto in Internet Explorer. L'immagine mancante era lì!

Aggiornamento 3:

  1. Ho rotto e provato un altro profilo di Outlook. Il problema persiste.
  2. Ho provato a eliminare la cronologia di navigazione di Internet Explorer (Strumenti & gt; Opzioni Internet & gt; scheda Generale & gt; Elimina ... & gt; deseleziona Preserve Favorites website data e seleziona tutte le altre caselle di controllo). Nessuna gioia.
  3. Pensando che forse sono pazzo e le immagini semplicemente non esistono sul server in cui sono archiviate, ho effettuato l'accesso alla mia casella di posta utilizzando Outlook Web Access. Le immagini sono visualizzate correttamente.
  4. Ho scoperto un'e-mail da un altro dominio Internet che non visualizza correttamente le immagini.
  5. Mentre corro Process Monitor Ho selezionato il Download Pictures opzione su un messaggio. Esiste un sacco di attività di registro solo passando da Outlook a ProcMon, ma sono abbastanza sicuro che questa impostazione sia memorizzata nel HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Profiles\Outlook\0a0d020000000000c000000000000046\11020434 valore. Il problema è che quel valore è grande, codificato e sembra memorizzare molte impostazioni, non solo questa.

* Ho spostato il messaggio nella mia cartella di posta indesiderata e ho confermato che c'era di più nel messaggio, quindi presumo che la magia HTML fosse (cercando) di sostituire il testo con un'immagine.

Ho notato che le tue foto sono servite su un https: link (che è buono). Questo slipstick.com articolo suggerisce che il tuo problema può essere risolto disabilitando il Do not save encrypted pages to disk opzione nella finestra di dialogo Impostazioni avanzate di Internet Explorer:

In IE andare a Opzioni Internet avanzate ; guarda sotto Sicurezza per Non   salva i file crittografati sul disco . Deselezionare questa impostazione e Applica. Ricomincia   Outlook e dovresti essere risolto.

Microsoft in realtà raccomanda che non abiliti il Do not save encrypted pages to disk (l'impostazione predefinita è disabilitata).

Bingo. Questo è il problema. Sospetto che sia stato modificato dall'impostazione predefinita di non abilitata dall'utilizzo di una preferenza per criteri di gruppo IE10 nel mio dominio, come rilevato dal problema del commentatore kwacky1 su questo Blog Microsoft USGCB .
