Errore durante l'installazione di Chef Server su Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS gestito da Vagrant

Sto provando a configurare un Chef Server su una VM locale usando Vagrant / VirtualBox. Il mio Vagrantfile è:

Vagrant.configure(2) do |config|
  config.vm.box = "ubuntu/trusty64"
  config.vm.hostname = "dtom-chef-server"
  config.vm.provision :shell, path: "bootstrap.sh"
  config.vm.network :forwarded_port, host: 4567, guest: 80
end

Il mio script bootstrap.sh è il seguente:

wget https://web-dl.packagecloud.io/chef/stable/packages/ubuntu/trusty/chef-server-core_12.0.8-1_amd64.deb
dpkg -i chef-server-core_*.deb
chef-server-ctl reconfigure

Tutto sembra andare per il meglio fino a quando non lo avrò

L'installazione sembra continuare, ma suppongo che sia per questo che sto ricevendo l'errore:

Alla fine, anche se non sono sicuro che ciò sia correlato, ottengo:

FATAL: Chef::Exceptions::CannotDetermineNodeName: Unable to determine node name: configure node_name or configure the system's hostname and fqdn

E poi il processo termina. Mi manca qualcosa nel processo di installazione?
