Impossibile accedere a Huawei E5172 tramite SSH

Ho un router Huawei E5172. Quando provo ad accedere tramite SSH, ottengo questo

Non ho impostato alcuna password SSH e la configurazione nella pagina Web non offre alcuna opzione per l'impostazione di una password. Ho provato a utilizzare admin come password ritenuta che potrebbe essere la password predefinita e ha restituito
