Qualcosa che cerco sempre di fare ogni volta che aggiorno i pacchetti Ubuntu 12.04 è assicurarmi che li scaricherò dal mirror / server più vicino / migliore.

  1. Inizia avviando il centro software.

Guardando https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/mirrors.ispros.com.bd-archive , sembra che il mirror del Bangladesh non sia stato ancora aggiornato con i pacchetti Precise. Potresti voler selezionare un altro mirror nelle vicinanze (mi viene in mente l'India) o inoltrare un bug al riguardo.

L'errore che hai è dovuto al fatto che il link è stato effettivamente rimosso. Questo potrebbe essere temporaneo o il server potrebbe non funzionare correttamente o in manutenzione (nel tuo caso i file del pacchetto non sono stati caricati sul server)
Per risolvere questo problema, prova a cambiare l'origine del download (potrebbe non funzionare a seconda del server)
aprire software sources
fare clic sulla ubuntu softwarescheda,
quindi Download fromselezionare altro e quindi fare clic su select best server
Dopo che le fonti del software verranno automaticamente aggiornate.
