Molti `gtk-warnings` nel terminale. È serio?

Ho avuto molti problemi con il mio sistema e ho dovuto reinstallarlo. Uno di questi era proprio questi messaggi. Dopo aver reinstallato il sistema e usando le stesse icone, ricevo di nuovo gli avvisi e diffido dai problemi futuri. Quanto è rischioso questo e dovrei rimuovere il tema delle icone?
