Ho provato a inserire il seguente comando

L' locale -aoutput suggerisce che non hai abilitato le localizzazioni utf-8. Prova a correre:

sudo locale-gen en_US.UTF-8
export LANG=en_US.UTF-8

Osservando più da vicino C.UTF-8 è disponibile, puoi solo provare a passare a quello:

export LANG=C.UTF-8
