Tentare di installare icedtea-7-plugin su 14.10 x64 dà un errore.

Sembra che ci sia un problema con una dipendenza icedtea-netx. Quindi ho provato a installarlo icedtea-netxda solo e l'errore è mostrato di seguito.
Sembrava cercare java-8-openjdk-amd64 . Avevo installato openjdk-7-jre dai repository, quindi l'ho disinstallato e ho installato sia openjdk-8-jre che openjdk-8-jdk. Tuttavia, ciò non ha corretto il problema con icedtea-netx.
(Voglio usare icedtea e aprire JDK, non Java proprietario di Oracle).
Qualcuno lo ha riscontrato e esiste una soluzione al problema?
