Come posso ripristinare tutte le preferenze di Rhythmbox e le informazioni sulla libreria?

Background: non riesco a capire come eseguire la scansione di Rhythmbox SOLO la cartella con la mia musica al suo interno. Voglio eliminare tutte le sue impostazioni e ricominciare.

Cosa devo fare per fare in modo che Rhythmbox pensi che non sia mai stato eseguito prima?

Rimuovi queste cartelle:

• ~/.local/share/rhythmbox
• ~/.cache/rhythmbox
• ~/.gconf/apps/rhythmbox.

È possibile utilizzare il browser dei file per eseguire questa operazione o eseguire questo comando dal terminale:

rm ~/.local/share/rhythmbox/ ~/.cache/rhythmbox/ ~/.gconf/apps/rhythmbox/ -r

Nelle ultime versioni ho dovuto fare questo per ripristinare le chiavi di gsetting (non c'era ~/.gconf/apps/rhythmbox)

gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.rhythmbox.plugins.replaygain
gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.rhythmbox.plugins.visualizer
gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.rhythmbox.podcast
gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.rhythmbox.podcast
gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.rhythmbox.rhythmdb
gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.rhythmbox.sharing

Tutte le tue preferenze sono archiviate in ~/.gconf/apps/rhythmbox/file.

Devi eliminare questa directory, in Nautilus, premi Ctrl+ Hper mostrare i file nascosti, quindi eliminala.

Avviso : eseguire il backup di questa directory prima di eliminarla.
