Sto usando Centos 6.5 con gli ultimi aggiornamenti.
Il mio problema è che ogni volta che provo a connettermi ad un servizio locale si blocca per esempio:

e si blocca al timeout.
Lo stesso con telnet e lo stesso con la connessione al server IRC. Le connessioni esterne funzionano correttamente ...

Il passaggio a SELinux non lo ha migliorato con nulla.

La cosa più strana è che posso collegarmi al server ssh, nginx da un indirizzo esterno (per es. Un computer dal quale sto scrivendo) senza problemi.
Questo succede dopo che ISP ha riavviato il mio server. La cosa forse utile è che il server è stato aggiornato frequentemente senza riavvii.
