Voglio replicare le scelte di installazione di Debian fatte per la configurazione corrente del mio sistema nell'installazione di un nuovo sistema.
Debian può essere preconfigurata tramite un file "pre-configurazione" (aka "preconfigurato"), che in sostanza contiene le risposte alle domande che il programma di installazione farà.
La documentazione afferma che un modo per creare un file di preconfigurazione da un'installazione esistente di Debian è:
... usa il
debconf-get-selectionspacchetto from debconf-utils per scaricare sia il database debconf che il database cdebconf dell'installatore in un singolo file:
$ debconf-get-selections --installer > file
$ debconf-get-selections >> file
Ma poi aggiunge immediatamente:
Tuttavia, un file generato in questo modo avrà alcuni elementi che non devono essere preconfigurati ...
La documentazione non elabora quali sarebbero quegli elementi che non dovrebbero essere preconfigurati.
Qualcuno potrebbe elaborare?
A titolo illustrativo, di seguito includo il secondo campo dell'output che ottengo dai due comandi sopra, dove ho mantenuto solo le righe che iniziano d-i, insieme ai commenti, a volte troncati per brevità. (La ragione per mantenere solo le linee di configurazione che iniziano con d-iquella è che nel file di preconfigurazione di esempio fornito da Debian, appaiono solo tali linee.)
