Impossibile abilitare il servizio utente. Supporto "Impossibile ottenere la connessione D-Bus: connessione rifiutata"

Ottengo questo errore quando eseguo qualsiasi comando systemd come utente:

admin@Xroklaus:~ $ systemctl --user list-units
Failed to get D-Bus connection: Connection refused

Senza il parametro utente, il comando viene eseguito correttamente.

admin@Xroklaus:~ $ systemctl list-units

Systemd non sembra essere in esecuzione per questo utente

Non so come farlo funzionare comunque.

Neanche questo sembra normale:

admin@Xroklaus:~ $ systemd --test
Trying to run as user instance, but $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is not set.

Sembra che un pacchetto sia scomparso:

admin@Xroklaus:~ $ sudo apt-get install libpam-systemd

E dopo un riavvio funziona di nuovo.
