C'è qualche impostazione che posso cercare nelle configurazioni di Apache per assicurarmi che tutte le pagine, CSS e JavaScript vengano inviate tramite gzip?

Si trovano in luoghi diversi per sistemi operativi diversi (in tal caso, eseguo Debian).

Installa ySlow in Firefox e ti dirà quali elementi vengono compressi.
