Volete anche "Preferibilmente anche rendere più scure anche le pagine Web". Non sono sicuro che questo sia il lavoro dei temi GTK. Per questo, è meglio installare l'estensione Stylish e uno stile utente adatto da userstyles.org (o modificare userContent.css).

Ho avuto lo stesso problema con Firefox e altre app GTK2 e l'ho risolto usando questo tema (nota che è necessaria una versione per abbinare la shell)

Firefox utilizza GTK2. Gnome Tweak Tool modifica solo le impostazioni GTK3, quindi dobbiamo modificare il /usr/share/themes/Adwaita/gtk-2.0/gtkrcfile.

Inizialmente eseguiamo il backup del nostro file gtkrc

@Stormvirux, hai scritto: "dovrai anche modificare ~ / .config / gtk-2.0 / settings.ini". Sei sicuro che gtk-2.0 utilizza settings.ini? Ho pensato che fosse solo gtk-3.0 a farlo.

Oof, sono andato avanti e ho fatto questo. Ha fatto funzionare Firefox in Ubuntu 3.10, ma la barra del titolo era ancora bianca e il tema appariva piuttosto male in generale e incoerente con Adwaita. Bummer questo non verrà risolto per molto tempo.

Ci scusiamo per il commento necro qui. Ho trovato questo Q / A per essere utile in questo problema in Ubuntu Gnome 14.04, tuttavia non ho usato il codice fornito da Stromvirux (l'ho provato, ma ha appena dato un vecchio aspetto di Firefox 4.0 ad esso, piuttosto che un oscuro adwita ). Ho invece usato il valore predefinito gtkrce ho appena sostituito la riga gtk-color-schemecon la seguente:

Nelle versioni più recenti di Firefox (67) il supporto per temi scuri GTK3 è ancora spazzatura. (I widget del modulo vengono spesso visualizzati con colori sbagliati.) Ecco una correzione del cerotto:

Add String entry: widget.content.gtk-theme-override
Set value to: Adwaita:light
Goto Customizations: choose Dark theme
