Dopo aver installato Ubuntu 14.04 LTS ... tutto funziona bene senza fare l'aggiornamento ... dopo pochi minuti il ​​mio wifi si interrompe senza fili .. Devo riavviare per usarlo di nuovo.

Dopo un sacco di ricerche su Google, ho trovato un post recente con un nuovo firmware.

1. Scarica rtl8723befw.bin , copialo in / lib / firmware / rtlwifi / e riavvia il tuo laptop.

2. Disabilita la funzione sleep del driver:

   $ echo "options rtl8723be fwlps=0" | sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8723be.conf

   (Ho anche trovato informazioni usando options rtl8723be fwlps=N ips=N, che disabilita l' ipsopzione, ma non ho trovato necessario usarlo)

Ho anche letto in molti post che il bluetooth può interrompere la connessione WiFi, quindi l'ho disabilitato in modo permanente: $ sudo rfkill block bluetooth $ sudo update-rc.d bluetooth disable (e controllare che sia spento con sudo service bluetooth status)

Avendo trascorso molto tempo su più forum quando ho riscontrato questo problema su Lenovo G40 e HP Notebook 15-ac122tu , ho scoperto che si trattava di un problema abbastanza comune con WiFi non funzionante o smesso di funzionare in modo intermittente su Ubuntu 14.04.

Ciò che ha funzionato per me è un mix di questi tre post e alcune soluzioni per la risoluzione dei problemi.

Penso che una soluzione permanente nei pacchetti mainline di Ubuntu rispetto agli adattatori WiFi Broadcom o Realtek aiuterà gli utenti. Questo farà molto per rendere Ubuntu più facile da usare. Ricorda, ci sono stati momenti in cui i problemi audio e grafici erano piuttosto comuni, recentemente è lo stesso con gli adattatori wireless.
